We are committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account directly from within the Kaizen app by following these steps:

1. Open the Kaizen app and go to the Settings page.
2. Scroll to the "Account" section.
3. Tap on "Delete Account".
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request to delete your account, the following data associated with your account will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers:

• Your user account and authentication credentials (email).
• All tasks you have created, including titles, notes, and due dates.
• All folders and folder groups you have created.
• All calendar events associated with your account.
• Any other app-specific settings or content you have generated.

Please note that this action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
